Informed Consent 

• I understand that massage therapy is intended to enhance relaxation, reduce pain caused by muscle tension, improve circulation, and offer a sense of well-being.
• I understand that massage therapists do not diagnose illness, disease, or any other medical, physical, or mental disorder, nor do they prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals.
• I acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis and that it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailment that I might have.
• I have informed the therapist of all my known physical conditions, medical conditions, and medications, and I will keep the therapist updated on any changes.
• I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
• I understand that I have the right to terminate the session at any time.
• I understand that the massage therapist has the right to terminate the session if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to continue.
• I consent to the massage therapy session and assume all risks involved.

Draping Policy

To ensure the comfort, privacy, and dignity of clients during massage therapy sessions.

• The massage therapist will maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
• Appropriate draping will be used to ensure the client’s privacy and comfort
• Clients will be properly draped with a clean sheet, towel, or/and blanket at all times during the massage session.
• Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The rest of the body will remain covered to maintain warmth and privacy.
• Clients have the right to request adjustments to the draping if they feel uncomfortable at any time.
• Clients will be given privacy to undress to their comfort level. They may choose to undress completely or leave on undergarments, based on their preference.
• The therapist will provide instructions on how to position themselves on the massage table and how to cover themselves with the drape.
• The therapist will only undrape the specific area being worked on and will re-drape the area once the massage on that area is complete.
• At no time will the client’s genitals or breasts be exposed. 
• Clients have the right to terminate the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Clients have the right to request that certain areas of the body not be massaged or undraped.
• The therapist will leave the room or provide a private space for the client to undress and dress.
• The therapist will ensure that the client is fully covered before they re-enter the room or space.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the policy may be made at the therapist’s discretion.
